Terms of Service

Effective June 6, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AgentReady Chrome extension, the website at ecommerceagent.app, our waitlist, and any paid features (together, the “Service”), provided by AgentReady (“we”, “us”, “our”). By installing the extension, joining the waitlist, or purchasing a license, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

AgentReady is a tool that scans WooCommerce and other websites you choose and reports how ready they are for AI shopping agents and agentic-commerce protocols. It produces a score, a category breakdown, and recommendations. The Service is provided for informational purposes to help you assess and improve a site.

Eligibility & acceptable use

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service. The Service is a business tool and is not directed to children.

You agree not to:

Your responsibility for scans

You are solely responsible for the sites you choose to scan and for ensuring you are authorized to do so. The score and recommendations are automated estimates, not professional, legal, or compliance advice. You are responsible for any changes you make to your site based on them.

Accounts, waitlist & communications

The Service does not require an account. If you join our waitlist, you provide your email address and consent to receive product and marketing emails — including notices when our upcoming tools launch, significant updates, and the occasional note on agentic commerce. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any such email. If you are a paying customer, we may still send essential, transactional messages (such as license delivery). How we handle your email and other data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Pro licenses & payment

AgentReady offers paid “Pro” features under a one-time license fee. Payments are processed by Stripe; by purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. On successful payment we issue a license key, delivered by email, that may be activated on a limited number of devices as stated at purchase.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, scoring methodology, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. The reports the Service generates about your own sites are yours to use; the underlying software and methodology remain ours.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties (for example Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Netlify for hosting, and the Chrome Web Store for distribution). We are not responsible for those services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that scores and recommendations are accurate, complete, or will achieve any particular result for your store.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or €50.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your scanning of sites you were not authorized to scan.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the extension. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts — except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence grant you additional rights.
